HUIZHOU, China — Huizhou Shi Wang Kai Electronics Co., Ltd.(惠州市世旺凯电子有限公司) was officially established on June 4, 2024, in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, marking the latest expansion of the Shi Wang Kai brand in southern China's electronics manufacturing sector.

Headquartered at 3/F, Zone B, No. 10 Bogongshan, Hui'ao Avenue, Danshui Subdistrict, Huiyang District, the company operates with a registered capital of RMB 500,000. It is engaged in the manufacturing and R&D of mechatronic components, including filters, sensors, capacitors, inductors, power cords and connectors, as well as injection-molded plastic parts. The new entity builds on the export-focused business its Shenzhen parent has run since 2008, serving both domestic customers and overseas markets.

Located in Huiyang District, a key hub of Huizhou's electronics industry cluster, the company aims to leverage local supply-chain advantages, skilled labor and logistics networks. The city's electronics industry output has surpassed RMB 50 billion, providing a robust foundation for the new venture. It has been recognized as a national-level sci-tech SME, underscoring its commitment to innovation in electronic components.
